The prices of hydrated ethanol measured by Cepea / Esalq, from USP, closed in red for the second consecutive week. In the period between August 10 and 14, the indicator depreciated 0.73%, closing at R$ 1.6613 per liter, against R$ 1.6735 the previous week.

 

Anhydrous ethanol, used in the mixture with gasoline, closed for the sixth consecutive week on the same high. The liter of anhydrous was sold last week at R$ 1.9104, an increase of 0.07% compared to the price of the previous week, when the indicator was sold at R$ 1.9091 per liter.

 

Daily ethanol 

Hydrated ethanol measured by Esalq / BM & F Bovespa closed higher for the fourth consecutive session last Friday. The cubic meter of biofuel was traded at R$ 1,763.50, an increase of 1.67% compared to the previous day.
