Based on the decrees published by the Government of Santa Catarina in function of Covid-19, SCGÁS has adopted measures to adapt its activities to the state emergency scenario. The Company defined that starting today and until 03/31/2020, a home office regime will be adopted for all its employees, a preventive decision that meets the recommendations to contain the spread of the virus. The Executive Board will identify, together with the managers, the minimum necessary activities that will require face-to-face action at the company's headquarters.

SCGÁS informs that the distribution of natural gas will normally follow, without interruption, to all consumers and customers. The network operation favors and facilitates the delivery of energy during emergency situations such as the current one, ensuring that hospitals, gas stations, homes and industries have access to natural gas continuously. The 0800 48 5050 service channel remains available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to answer questions and meet any demands from SCGÁS customers and consumers during the period.
