SCGÁS ended July with an increase in sales of natural gas to the Santa Catarina market: there was an increase of 20.9% in relation to June. Compared to July 2019, the result is 4.5% lower.

This is the third consecutive month of recovery in sales volume since April, which had the lowest result during the crisis caused by covid-19. In August, the levels of natural gas consumption in Santa Catarina have followed the upward trend and exceeded pre-pandemic volumes.

“The competitive tariff and the extraordinary policy practiced by SCGÁS, combined with the historical and accelerated economic recovery capacity of the diversified Santa Catarina market, justify the positive results and provide good perspectives for the last quarter.
