The future in the job market promises great changes. Analysts and career experts have already discussed the subject extensively and made predictions for the coming years. Some risk listing a list of new professions that will be created by 2030. The organization Center For The Future Of Work points out that at least 21 new jobs will be created.

Attentive to these changes, Colégio Marista Asa Sul, from Brasília (DF), has invested in educational projects that encourage the protagonism of students and awaken new talents that meet the needs of the labor market. After all, this new professional has four main characteristics: he has multidisciplinary thinking because he is multi-connected, has environmental and social awareness, seeks experience and does not possess, and does not aim for careers, but a life with purpose.]

And these characteristics are already perceived in the school environment, according to the high school coordinator at Colégio Maristão, Mateus Kaiser. “Our students are increasingly opting for professions that are not considered traditional. They have valued more well-being, personal fulfillment, environmental awareness, they are committed to building a better world and this is very interesting ”, he says.

A report by one of the largest information technology companies in the world, Cognizant Technology Solutions, focuses on creating the professions listed below, by 2030. The company relied on current macro trends in the areas of the environment, migration, biotechnology and demographics to create the following possibilities.

Studies indicate that robots should replace approximately 800 million jobs by 2030. And in order not to lose space for machines, it is essential to develop at least four characteristics: not being afraid to make decisions and having good sense of choosing the best path, being able to expose a lot of ideas in a free and creative way aiming at good fluency, having continuous learning capacity and being creative to solve new problems in innovative ways.

For the Marketing and Communication professor, specialist in Business Management, Daniella Rebelo, what will expand the opportunities for acting in the job market is the need to solve problems. And in view of all this, one thing is certain: the ability to have charisma, generosity and empathy, in addition to concern for the planet and the well-being of society will be increasingly essential.
