On April 22nd Petrobras’ Board of Directors will meet (i) to review its interim financial statements for the third quarter 2014, revised by the Company’s independent auditors; and (ii) to approve the Company’s 2014 audited financial statements.

The Company expects to release these financial statements after the meeting, subject to a decision by the Board of Directors.
