Social Responsibility and sustainability are issues that have long had a key role at the World Petroleum Council and its Congresses.

Beyond the prestigious WPC Social Responsibility Award for the best industry project, the Congress regularly features a Social Responsibility Global Village, demonstrating the industry's commitment to its stakeholders and the communities in which it operates.

The organisers have put together a talented group of professionals to help develop the Social Responsibility activities and high-level sessions during the Congress.
