Petrobras informs that the rating agency Standard & Poor’s (S&P) announced the revision of Petrobras' corporate debt rating to B+ from BB, with negative outlook.

Petrobras reaffirms that there are no covenants in its loan contracts that are affected by the rating downgrade from the agencies.

This review follows the change in the sovereign rating, as announced on 02/17/2016.
