Business generation, technical knowledge and innovation are the result of professional training throughout the structure of the oil and gas sector. Therefore, Brasil Offshore, in partnership with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and curated by the Brazilian Institute of Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels (IBP), will give technical conferences to offer fair visitors the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the segment. The meetings will take place between 25 and 28 June. Registration is free and can be done with the accreditation of the event.

On Wednesday, 26, the first conference will have as a theme 'Drilling and Completion' that will make an analysis of conventional, unconventional alternatives and the use of digital technologies in the construction and maintenance of wells producing and injecting water, central themes for fields mature. Next, a discussion on new techniques and methodologies for the management of mature fields through the extension of their production in the session on 'Reservoirs'.

In order to reinforce the perception of risk in imprecise environments, the conference on 'Integrity and Reliability' will be given in order to outline topics related to well, topside and subsea management in the different phases of the project.

On Thursday, 27, questions about 'Production Unit' will be debated presenting examples of unit projects, field installations, maintenance and adaptation works, exploring its main aspects and needs in the current economic scenario. The talks continue with dialogues on 'Decommissioning of O & G Production Platforms' and the actual dimensions of their activities; 'Subsea' and the challenges of ensuring that its assets do not impede the recovery efforts of the fields; and 'Compliance and Mediation', which will promote a debate on applicable standards in the areas of mediation and offshore operational safety.

On the last day of the 28th Conference, the meeting will reflect the 'Platform for the future - joining companies to the professionals of the future' and is specifically aimed at young professionals who are starting or want to take the first step in their career. In this space, the public will be able to interact with oil companies as a preparation and integration in the area.

Also, topics will be addressed such as the new directions of work in the resumption of the oil sector with the aim of guiding professionals and companies on the dynamics of hiring and retaining people, taking as scenario a market in transformation.

Brasil Offshore 2019 estimates that 53 thousand visitors will go through the four days of event that will have the participation of 600 national and international exhibitors brands. With 90% of its plant sold, the fair predicts R $ 300 million in business generations - 20% more than the previous edition.
