President Temer will attend meetings with businesspeople, investors and global leaders at the World Economic Forum and deliver a speech at the plenary session of the event
BrazilGovNewsUpon arriving in Switzerland on Tuesday (23 January) to attend the World Economic Forum in Davos, President Michel Temer spoke of the Brazilian government's goal during the event: "What I intend to do (...) is to show what the new Brazil is," Temer told reporters in Zurich.
Between today and tomorrow (24), the president will attend a series of meetings with businesspeople, investors and world leaders and address the plenary session of the meeting. For Temer, the expectation is that the Forum will be productive for the country. "Our hope here is to increase investor interest in Brazil and attract more capital to the country," he said.
