TGS is reprocessing a 2D seismic dataset from southeastern Norwegian Barents Sea ahead of Norway’s 23rd licensing round.
The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate owns the data, acquired in 2011 and 2012, which covers an area of more than 18,000 km (11,184 mi).
TGS has been applying its Clari-Fi Totus processing technique to deliver what it says is “seamless, fully de-ghosted” broadband data. Results will be available to holders of the original NPD data this summer.
