The Brazilian Institute of Oil and Gas (IBP) promotes this Friday (November 19), at 4:30 pm, the online event "The Role of HR in Digital Transformation". Free and open to the public, the meeting aims to discuss the presence and use of technology in HR in companies, with greater agility and efficiency based on advances such as People Analytics, towards the so-called RH 4.0. The event will be broadcast on the IBP YouTube channel ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zfl2G4GmQpc) and will be in Portuguese.

There will be three speakers. Gabriel Renault, Executive Director of Advanced Analytics & Technology at EloGroup and specialist in events on Artificial Intelligence and Decision Making. Criseide Belo has been working in the HR area for 15 years and is the author of the DP Blog with Cris. She is currently coordinator of Folha, Benefits and Union and Labor Relations at Eneva. The last speaker will be David Batista, manager of Galp's Cultural Transformation Project. Moderation will be done by Nathalia Mansur, People Coordinator at Eneva.
