Encourage the exploration and production of oil and natural gas on land, with a view to fostering regional development and stimulating national competitiveness. It is for this purpose that the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) launches tomorrow (22/08), with the presence of Minister Bento Albuquerque, REATE 2020 - Program for Revitalization of the Activity of Exploration and Production of Oil and Natural Gas in Areas Terrestrial.

Immediately following the program's launching ceremony, a workshop will begin to detail the Reate 2020 Action Plan. Over the course of two days, representatives from various segments of the country's onshore oil sector will meet to discuss groups on Innovation in groups. and Regulation, Institutionalization of Industry, Gas, Multiplication of Companies and Promotion of Free Competition.

The REATE 2020 launch ceremony will start at 9am and will be held at the MME Underground Auditorium.
