At a meeting held today (18/12), the Petrobras Board of Directors elected Director Luiz Nelson Guedes de Carvalho to the post of Chairman of the Board, his term of office to run until January 31, 2016.
As reported before, Mr. Guedes de Carvalho had been acting as interim Chairman since September 14, 2015.
