The performance of the Pre-Salt Oil SA (PPSA), a state that will manage and supervise the operation of the pre-salt oil in Brazil, the sharing scheme and field Pound, were the themes of the first breakfast of this edition of the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC). Oswaldo Pedrosa, president of the PPSA, believes that the presentation was very good for clarifying the international market that had many doubts as to the real work of state government and its influence on the operation of the pre-salt.
