Petrobras informs that its Chairman, Mr. Murilo Pinto de Oliveira Ferreira, who was in leave of absence since September 14th, presented its resignation.
Mr. Luiz Nelson Guedes de Carvalho, who was performing the duties of the Chairman since September 14th, will stay in this position until the next ordinary Board meeting, when this subject will be deliberated.
Any facts regarding this issue deemed to be material will be disclosed to the market in a timely manner.
