ANP will hold, on 12/14, at 2 pm, the Workshop on the revision of ANP Resolution 37/2015, which regulates the operational safety inspection procedure in cases where non-conformities are identified in the performance of regulated agents, and makes other provisions.
Registrations for the event must be made until 12/09, by e-mail regulacaossm@anp.gov.br. Those interested in making a presentation or exhibition at the event must inform at the time of registration and must forward the presentation.
The objective of the event is to promote the discussion on the model adopted by the current regulation and to present proposals for the revision of the resolution, to support the work of revision and restructuring of the standard, seeking a greater alignment with the best practices, as well as between the systems of management of regulated agents and ANP's technical operational safety regulations.
Access to the virtual room will be a priority for those registered and, if possible, other interested parties will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. It should be noted that the number of participants in the event is limited by the tool to be used, Microsoft Teams (300 people).
A version of the draft resolution is available with the possible changes to ANP Resolution No. 37/2015, together with the non-conformity graduation manual, which will accompany it. A form was also made available to receive suggestions for possible changes to ANP Resolution No. 37/2015. The three documents can be accessed on the workshop page: Access the link!
The revision of ANP Resolution No. 37/2015 is foreseen in the 2020-2021 Regulatory Agenda of the ANP, and the holding of this event will allow the participation of industry and society in general in the process. All contributions received will be assessed by the ANP technical team for possible changes to ANP Resolution No. 37/2015. The draft resulting from the contributions received during the workshop will be made available and will undergo public consultation and hearing before its final publication.
