The ANP will change the linkage of the Agency's technical areas to each board. The change will take effect from tomorrow, 3/11/2023, and will remain in effect until 6/10/2024. The amendment will be published by the Agency in the Federal Official Gazette.

The alternation of linkage of technical areas between the boards is provided for in the Internal Regulations of the ANP (https://atosoficiais.com.br/lei/regimento-interno-anp-anp?origin=instituicao), and must occur every 15 months.

As of 3/11, the following bindings will be in force:

Board I: Superintendence of Local Content (SCL), Superintendence of Government Participation (SPG), Superintendence of Fuel Production (SPC) and Superintendence of Bidding Promotion (SPL);

Board II: Technical Data Superintendence (SDT), Distribution and Logistics Superintendence (SDL), Research and Development Superintendence (SPD) and Operational Safety and Environment Superintendence (SSM);

Board III: Production Measurement and Inspection Center (NFP), Biofuels and Product Quality Superintendence (SBQ), Supply Inspection Superintendence (SFI) and Development and Production Superintendence (SDP);

Board IV: Superintendency for Geological Assessment (SAG), Superintendence for the Defense of Competition (SDC), Superintendence for Exploration (SEP) and Superintendence for Infrastructure and Movements (SIM).
