Begins today (4) in Houston, USA, the 46th edition of the world's leading offshore oil, the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC). About 2,648 companies will be participating in the event, according to the organization expects to receive this year more than 110,000 visitors over the four days.

Petrobras received (May 3) , before the oficial opening of OTC 2015, the highest recognition given to a company in the offshore sector for the third time: OTC Distinguished Achievement Award, offered annually to a Corporation which has been recognized on the global Market for its technological innovation.

This year the Brazil Pavilion, organized by the IBP, received confirmation from 44 institutions and companies to participate in the event, including the return of Petrobras.

Last year, there were 108,300 participants, the highest number in the history of the event and 3.3% higher from 2013, which received 104,800 spectators.
