Oxiteno is one of the winners of Top Employers Brasil 2014, a globally recognized certification in the human resources sphere. Conducted by the Top Employers Institute in more than 130 countries, the survey makes a detailed analysis of companies' HR policies. Benefits, management, training opportunities and career development are some of the criteria evaluated in the survey.

According to the survey, 100% of the companies certified with the Top Employers Brasil 2014 have professional training programs; 85% of them promote sports events aimed to encourage networking; 65% offer extended maternity leave and 52% help employees pay their studies.
