The third edition of Bahia Oil & Gas Energy 2025 will take place on May 28–30 at the Salvador Convention Center in Bahia, underscoring the growing importance of Brazil’s onshore market in the local energy landscape. Leveraging its expertise in tubular technologies and Rig Direct® integrated services, Tenaris is bringing field-proven solutions to support the development of Brazil’s onshore sector.

As part of the Rig Direct® offering, Tenaris recently supported the successful completion of two casing drilling operations in the Potiguar Basin. “Building on our experience in Argentina, we helped our customer save time and reduce costs during these operations,” added Ivaldi.

Another recent contribution was the adoption of the TenarisHydril Wedge 463® connection in the Alagoas basin. The customer noted how the connection’s robustness and runnability contributed to a significant increase in operational efficiency.

Over the past year, trials of RunReady™ – also part of the Rig Direct® service model – have taken place in the region, streamlining processes by delivering pipes ready to run at the rig site, eliminating the need for onsite inspections, drift testing, and protector removal, thus significantly improving operational efficiency.
