The awards, held on June 12 at a prestigious ceremony at P&J Live in Aberdeen, celebrate outstanding achievements in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Training across Scotland.

This recognition marks a significant milestone for Unique Group and highlights its continued dedication to people development, leadership excellence, and corporate social responsibility.

Debbie Middleton, Human Resource Manager, received the HR Professional of the year award for her pivotal role in modernising HR processes and enhancing employee engagement. With over 20 years of experience, Debbie has led efforts in integrating acquired businesses, digitising HR systems, and launching inclusive well-being programmes that have improved culture and retention.

Fiona Reeks, Vice President of Human Resources at Unique Group, was named HR Leader of the Year in recognition of her transformative leadership and strategic vision. Leading a global workforce of 650 employees across 14 locations, Fiona has aligned HR strategy with business growth, rolled out a global HR information system, strengthened employee performance frameworks, and championed diversity and inclusion.
