The National Council of Energy Policy - CNPE, approved last Friday, October 18, the blocks to be bid in the 17th Bidding Round, in the Concession modality, scheduled for 2020.

In this event, 128 blocks will be offered in the maritime sedimentary basins of Pará-Maranhão, Potiguar, Campos, Santos and Pelotas, totaling 64.1 thousand km². The blocks selected for the event are in the following sedimentary basins / sectors: Pará-Maranhão ( SPAMA-AUP1), Potiguar (SPOT-AP2 and SPOT-AUP2 sectors), Pelotas (SP-AP1, SP-AR1 and SP-AUP1 sectors), Campos (SC-AUP2, SC-AP3 and SC-AP1 sectors) and Santos (sectors SS-AUP5, SS-AP4 and SS-AUP40).
