Petrobras entered into an agreement ending the arbitral dispute proposed by an investor of Sete Brasil Participações S.A. - under judicial reorganization, in order to obtain compensation by Petrobras for alleged material damages related to the investment in the Sondas Project.

In 1Q20, Petrobras will reverse the provision of R $ 634 million related to litigation involving the company Sete Brasil. The terms of the agreement and the arbitration process are protected by confidentiality.

The company remains in defense of its interests in the ongoing proceedings.
