The public notice and contracts of Public Call No. 02/2020 are in public consultation starting today (9/28), which aims to identify potential shippers and to contract the available capacity in the Bolivia-Gas Pipeline- Brazil (Gasbol) for the years 2021 to 2025.

The public notice and contracts are being submitted to public consultation because they have undergone some changes in relation to the documents of the ANP Public Call No. 01/2019. The changes, which involve changes in the rules of guarantees, penalties, among others, aim to improve the conditions of the access process and improve the conditions for contracting transportation services.

Public call processes will be carried out annually, always providing a horizon for hiring transport services for the next five years.

Previous public calls 

On 12/31/2019, it won one of Petrobras' transport contracts with the Bolivia-Brazil Gas Pipeline Transport Company (TBG), which led to the ANP Public Call No. 01/2019 aiming at contracting the transport capacity available for the years from 2020 to 2024.

On 3/6/2020, Petrobras presented the Term of Waiver of the transport capacity originally contracted under the Public Call ANP No. 01/2019. Thus, ANP Public Call No. 01R / 2020 was held, which made it possible to contract the capacity waived by Petrobras for the year 2020.
