The Electric Energy Trading Chamber - CCEE will hold on Friday (6/12), in partnership with the National Electric Energy Agency - Aneel the auctions of Existing Energy "A-1" and "A-2" 2019. The events are aimed at the purchase of electricity from existing generation projects, pursuant to Ordinance No. 304/2019 of the Ministry of Mines and Energy-MME.

 

The auctions will be held sequentially from 10am at CCEE headquarters, in São Paulo, through an electronic system.

 

The maximum price approved by the Executive Secretariat of the Ministry of Mines and Energy - SEE / MME for all products offered is R $ 190.00 / MWh. The electricity supply period will start on 1/1/20 and end on 12/31/21 in the A-1 Auction contracts. In the case of A-2, delivery begins on 1/1/21 and ends on 12/31/22.

 

Contracts for Energy Trading in the Regulated Environment (CCEARs) will be negotiated for availability, for energy from biomass and natural gas thermoelectric power, and for the biomass venture, CCEAR will be differentiated by Unit Variable Cost (CVU equal to zero or non-zero); and by quantity, for energy from other sources.

 

The auctions can be followed by the CCEE website (www.ccee.org.br). Please be advised that there will be no press conference after the negotiations.
