The COMPAGAS Campaign and You: Together for Life! aims to help combat COVID-19 in Paraná, and we invite our customers to join the solidarity action, which included an initial donation from Compagas in the amount of R $ 500 thousand.

To collaborate is simple: for each consumer that adheres to the registration of the natural gas invoice in Automatic Debit, the Company will allocate an additional R $ 3.00 to the project; and with each new adhesion to the Digital Invoice, it will generate a donation of R $ 2.00, at no cost to consumers. The campaign starts on the 8th of June and runs until the 31st of July.

The total amount will be used to purchase test material. Initially, with the R $ 500 thousand made available by Compagas, 128,800 units of the synthetic fiber swab were donated, an item that makes up the test kit for the new coronavirus, to the Institute of Molecular Biology of Paraná (IBMP). The amount collected at the end of the campaign will be used to purchase test material.

"Compagas supports mass testing because it understands that this state policy is a way of providing security to the population to resume activities and accelerate the economy of Paraná," said Compagas' CEO Rafael Lamastra Junior.

The president of Compagas also points out that the purpose of this action is closely linked to Compagas' social function by promoting and helping to preserve the well-being of the community in which the company operates. “This action is also a way of recognizing the work of everyone who is at the forefront of fighting the pandemic. For this reason, we invite our customers to further increase our contribution to this important cause ”, he points out.

How to participate - All customers who subscribe to Digital Invoice and / or Automatic Debit in the period from June 8 to July 31 participate in the solidarity action.
