Petrobras informs that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held yesterday, approved hiring KPMG Auditores Independentes (KPMG) to provide independent audit services for the fiscal years from 2017 to 2019, which may be renewed for two more years.

After signing the contract, KPMG will start its activities by reviewing the quarterly report (ITRs) for the first quarter of 2017, replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores Independentes - PwC.

The hiring of KPMG was conducted by a bidding process in accordance with the rules applicable to the Company.
