Total payments for production sharing, concession and onerous assignment contracts reach R$4.91 billion

The ANP (Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels) completed today (02/25) all operational stages of royalty distribution for December 2025 production under production sharing contracts.
The production sharing amounts transferred directly to states totaled R$569,459,004.74, while municipalities received R$736,798,668.57. Payments were made to 545 municipalities and 3 states.
With this distribution, all direct payments to beneficiaries for December 2025 production are now complete - covering production sharing contracts as well as concession and onerous assignment contracts (completed yesterday, 02/24).
The total royalty amount from December 2025 production across concession, onerous assignment and production sharing regimes allocated to municipalities, states and the Federal Government reached R$4.91 billion.

ANP's Role in Royalty Distribution
The ANP is responsible for calculating, verifying and distributing royalties to beneficiary entities (Federal Government, States and Municipalities). Royalties are distributed according to criteria established in:
The Agency prioritizes full transparency regarding resources distributed to beneficiaries, as well as meticulous execution of operational stages inherent to the complex nationwide royalty distribution process, in accordance with current legislation.
While no specific payment date is legally mandated, the ANP is committed to ensuring royalty revenues reach beneficiaries as quickly as possible.
Payment amounts, dates and respective beneficiaries can be checked on Banco do Brasil's website by selecting "ANP - ROYALTIES DA ANP" in the Fund field.
