The start of the creation of a new company in partnership with EnP - Energy Platform, for the exploration of 10 blocks in the onshore basin (onshore) of Espírito Santo, through Energy Paranã Ltda.

Petres Energia (Petres), one of the quotaholders of Energy Paranã Ltda. (Energy Paranã), was born with the purpose of taking advantage of the moment of great opportunities in the Brazilian oil and natural gas sector. This perspective united the Interalli Group and Renata Isfer in the constitution of the company, which intends to contribute to the energy security of the Brazilian population through the exploration and production of oil and natural gas and investments in infrastructure in the energy sector.

Interalli is a young and innovative group that operates in the areas of port infrastructure including the operation of grains and liquids, logistics, renewable energy, agribusiness and automobiles. Headquartered in Curitiba, Paraná, the group has companies in the states of Santa Catarina, Mato Grosso do Sul, Mato Grosso, Maranhão and Rio de Janeiro.

“The expectation of opening up the natural gas market coupled with regulatory improvements in onshore exploration and production form the ideal scenario for new investments in the oil and gas sector. We are taking advantage of this unique opportunity to create an innovative company, with the objective of being a leader in the sector, always attentive to the energy transition, sustainability, social responsibility and diversity. ” says Renata Isfer, former Secretary of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels at the Ministry of Mines and Energy and now a partner at Petres.

To this end, Petres has teamed up with EnP, a company led by Márcio Félix, to create Energy Paranã, which is in the process of acquiring 50% of EnP's stake in 10 exploratory blocks located on the onshore of Espírito Santo, including those acquired in the 2nd cycle of the Permanent Offer. The acquisition process will follow all the procedures and requirements of ANP - National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels.

Energy Paranã is a long-term and synergistic partnership that promises to extend to other investments and opportunities in the Brazilian territory, with innovative business models, using Brazil's vast energy portfolio.
