Petrobras reports that it has started the opportunity disclosure stage (teaser), related to the sale of all its stakes in four onshore fields, including the shared outflow and production treatment facilities, located in Bahia, jointly known as Tucano Sul Cluster.

Petrobras is the operator with a 100% interest in all concession contracts, which comprise the following fields: Conceição, Fazenda Matinha, Fazenda Santa Rosa and Quererá. By 2018, the average natural gas production of these fields was about 29,000 m3/day, with no oil production.

The teaser, which includes key information on the opportunity, as well as the eligibility criteria for selection of potential participants, is available on the Petrobras website at https://www.investidorpetrobras.com.br/en/results-and-notices/teasers.

The main further steps of the project will be timely informed to the market.

This disclosure is in line with the Petrobras Divestment Methodology and aligned with the provisions of the special procedure for the assignment of exploration, development and production rights on oil, natural gas and other fluid hydrocarbon set forth in Decree 9,355/2018.

This transaction is in line with the optimization of the portfolio and the improvement of the company’s capital allocation, aiming at generating value for our shareholders.
