Petrobras informs that today became aware of two decisions of the federal court of Sergipe state that granted injunctions in actions to suspend the divestment processes of the interest of its subsidiary BR Distribuidora and of the transfer of rights of oil and natural gas exploration, development and production of a set of onshore fields.

Petrobras will appeal these injunctions and clarifies that these processes are being conducted in compliance with the stages laid down in the Divestment System, guaranteeing extensive competition among potential interested parties, as a means of ensuring the best deal for the Company.

Furthermore, the divestment processes of Petrobras are analyzed by various internal committees and submitted to the competent bodies for approval of the transactions.
