US Embassy Press OfficeThe Diplomatic Mission of the United States in Brazil launches the 2017 edition of the Youth Ambassadors Program. For this commemorative edition, the Mission has prepared a special video telling the story of the program and how it has changed the lives of more than 460 Brazilian public school students over these years. The program allows participants to hone their skills in leadership, to experience a new culture, to interact with young Americans and seek opportunities for personal and professional growth. The Youth Ambassadors Program is not only an exchange program, but also empowers young people to show that they are capable of winning.
"Over 460 students have taken part in the Youth Ambassadors Program in the last 15 years! I love this program and I can hardly wait to meet the next participants! Come be part of this incredible experience, "says Ambassador Liliana Ayalde.
